Spire.DataExport for .NET Guide

What is in it?

This package contains all the sample projects of C#, VB.NET. All C#, VB.NET solutions are offered in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010 for users respectively.

Spire.DataExport for .NET supports .NET2.0, .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.0.These three .NET Framework are named three folders. Every folder packs Spire.DataExport.dll, Spire.DataExport.ResourceMgr.dll, Spire.DataExport.xml and Spire.License.dll.

Where to Download and How to Install?

Here you can download the newest version of Spire.DataExport . Spire.DataExport dll is independent with sample projects. They are all packed in new versions, but for hotfix version, there is only Spire.DataExport dll. For a new user of Spire.DataExport for .NET, it is better to keep the sample projects in it. But if you have used it, you can only extract the Spire.DataExport dll to any location as you like without any running error.

How to Run Project Demos?

There is the default project in the sample project pack. Often the first sample project is the default project. So when you run the demo by pressing “F5” or clicking the “Debug”, it actually debugs the first project. The best way is to set the project you want to debug as the StartUp Project. So be sure you are running the right project.

Spire.DataExport is a tool specially designed for exporting data, so database is necessary. There is already a database prepared by e-iceblue. You can directly run the demo as well as use your own database.
